This evening I removed the rear axle. Measurements are as follows width at narrowest point (brake caliper line attachment) 43" , width between inside of tires 42.5", tire/wheel diameter 22". I am not too worried about dimension between tires as those are the widest tire that can fit on the rims, and I may be able to overcome this measurement with spacers.

Don't use the trunnion T on your car. Replace it with a single or dual link and use a panard bar for side to side movement.
